Celebrate Every Day
We only live every day once and are eternally grateful for the chance to be thinking our good thoughts, saying good words, eating good foods, and doing good things.
(1) "Be happy and grateful" should be the primary goal
Healthy diet, plenty of sports activity, and helping our friends and family are all part of our every day existence. But they should aid our pursuit of a happy and grateful life. We're only strong and effective (in doing those good things) when we are healthy and happy. Moderation and good balance is they key.
(2) Stay calm and give others and yourself the benefit of doubt
Things often work themselve out. So as long as we have a plan (and a plan B) there is no need to worry too much about the future. Give yourself and others some "margins for error" or some "breathing room".
(3) Stay positive and do what you do best
Success requires continual and deliberate practice, esepcially if we want to sustain that success and build on that success. Enjoy the moment and feel privileged to be able to experience the things around us, including thoughts, people, and challenges.
